Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. We only link to Google's own review box, every customer sees the Google button, and we never offer gifts for reviews. Those are Google's rules, and Reputra is built around them.
Does the customer need an app?
No. They hold their phone to the card or scan the QR code, a page opens in their browser, and one more tap opens Google's review box.
What comes with the first payment?
An acrylic counter stand with a QR code and a tap spot, and a tap card for the till, printed with your own review page. We set them up in person. They are yours to keep, even if you stop.
Does every phone work?
Almost every phone made in the last five years can tap. For the rest, the QR code on the stand and on the back of the card does the same job.
Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
No. Messages go one at a time from your own WhatsApp, sent by your staff to customers who visited. We don't use bulk-sending tools.
What if a customer is unhappy?
They can send you private feedback first, and you get an alert. The Google button stays on their screen too, because hiding it is against Google's rules.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Online when you sign up: Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer, monthly or yearly. Your plan switches on as soon as you enter the transaction ID. Nothing renews by itself, so stopping is simply not paying the next month. The card and the stand stay with you.
